The information that you will need is a description of the event, access to reports and statements, and the photography and video that is available.  This should provide signficant  information about  requesting a fixed fee preliminary review or other suggestions concerning the event data situation. The results of the review can be either verbal or in hard copy form.

The primary purpose of the fixed fee preliminary review is to inform you what can be done, and that ranges from almost everything you want to can not do a darn thing for you.

This review will also inform you of the estimated number of hours that will be required to complete the task and the various types of result products available, e.g., 2D site plots, annotated prints of scanned or captured images, list of distances requested, and so on.
